Corporate America Dares to Dream


So 58 percent of the post-Bush Crash job growth in this nation has been in low-wage jobs, but that’s not good enough for 21st century corporate America.
Corporations prefer lower-wage occupations — child labor, illegal immigrant labor— or, even better, no-wage occupations — unpaid “internships” and contracted prison labor.
Just don't call it “slavery.” The PR people don’t like such mean, old-fashioned terms. Corporations, being people, have feelings too, you know.
